Rahul Dravid the former Indian captain has been invited to head the IPL Bangalore team by the Vijay Mallaya’s United Breweries.Dravid has formally accepted to be the captain of the team that will the opening Twenty-20 match with Shah Rukh’s IPL Kolkata team.
The match will be played in the Chinnaswamy Stadium on April 18.
Dravid is an ICON and none but an ICON will head the IPL Bangalore team said a spokesperson for the group. Anil Kumble the current Indian Test Captain and Robin Uttappa are the other players expected to play for this team
